Sorry but author of that article needs to be more in the area. I have reads such articles years ago and they are not much more than scientific hypothesis that does not have any proof.


The fact is that because of difficulties to get H1B for a candidate the price is high. If the proice is high then it is more beneficial to outsource the job and even cheaper is to do that overseas.

The author of article does not seem to have any clue how H1B works besides the fact that it is for temporary workers and there is cap for it. the trouble is hidden behind and how INS executes procedures as well as what are restrictions and limitations assiotaed with H1B visa.

I was one of those H1B workers for over six years. Now I have a green card in my pocket and gray hair on my head.
