No idea why it's appearing on the commentary sidebar. Just so you know, the H-1B program has already been scaled back to its old levels (about 140,000 fewer visas). I'm sure everyone feels like the IT job situation is MUCH better because of it. Making it harder for foreign workers to work in the US is making it MUCH less likely that companies will outsource work to foreign shores.

Yes, that is irony.
