Why don't you give them your job.
Lord knows they have taken enough of ours. Justify your position to individuals that hsve trained the new H1B's only to lose their 60,000/yr job to the trainee who is willing to do it for 40,000/yr. And please spare me the nod to corporate integrity as you surely must know playing by the rules has no place in the current corporate mentality.
