The iPhone currently has no management capabilities that are even close to the Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). In a secure managed environment this is a necessity.

I use an iPhone as a personal device and enjoy it very much (except the battery).

I manage 327 BB's in my organization and at this time would never recommend an iPhone due to it's lack of enterprise level management capabilities.
