RE: CIO Jury: iPhone has no place in business
Until it is available on other carriers, it will not be widely adopted in the corporate world. There is no doubt it is a fine phone & mobile device, but Apple has got to break the chains with AT&T & the exclusive carrier deal. That is one of the main things holding the iPhone back right now. It is also driving up the cost of the service significantly. Without competition, At&T can charge whatever they want for iPhone service contracts.
