Other improvements
Based on the iPod Touch update, there are a few other nice improvements, like far better handling of Audible books (which is the main reason I have an iPod). Instead of getting a single list of book segments, you now get an item for each book and you can drill down into the individual segments.

I still wish for multiple folder levels for photos though.
