No reason to be cautious?
It's not caution. It's just good sense. When you are in business, and unless your business is software innovation (in which case you should be using your own software long before it is available publicly) adoption should be based on cost/benefit analysis. Unless the impact on your bottom line in non-negative, there is no reason to adopt.
