Missing the point!
OK, so you like Windows7 - great, why is that relevant? If my business
is running just fine on XP (or more likely the problems are
manageable) why would I move to Windows7 just because it's
available?

No matter how well it works for you, there are bound to be issues -
some serious, some not so. But issues, never the less. Why would I
inflict this on my business?

This isn't about hating Windows7, this is a pragmatic approach - today
we're "OK" let's not screw that up. Does Windows7 have something
that will help my business? Let's not talk about UI changes, or Aero
Glass - these are just training costs. No there is nothing that will
significantly help me. However there is huge potential to make things
worse. No do I want Windows7 to be a success? Yeah sure, if we're on
XP today we need Windows7 to be a success - we'll have to move
eventually, or we're in for a much bigger challenge. But do I want to
put my eggs in the Windows7 basket right now - forget it!

I need to have tested the release version, against everything we run
and against every significant temporal event (year changeover,
financial year end, tax year end ... others specific to my business).
Then I can carefully consider the upside of moving, a see if it's worth
any kind of budget.

But really, this isn't something I'm going to do lightly.

(This is a hypothetical "me" - we're not on XP today)
