Show sounds great to me - Jobs is no great loss
You make it sound like nothing is coming out of this show, but in my mind this stuff will be better than announcing another set of minor tweaks to iMacs or laptops. I'm really interested in the detailed feature breakdown of the Snow Leopard announcement. I'm also waiting impatiently to find out if all the rumored features in the new iPhone are for real. If so, I'm buying one to upgrade my first gen iPhone.

As for Jobs' absence... Personally, I think the absence of Jobs might give the company more credibility with those of us who are immune to the Jobs RDF. We tend to sigh and shake our heads when we hear the word "revolutionary" used 20 times in a speech about a product which clearly isn't. Doesn't he own a dictionary? Somebody should explain to him what that word really means. There is a huge difference between "evolutionary improvement," "improved user interface" and a truly "revolutionary" product. That turtleneck must be cutting off circulation to his brain.
