Ya, this is actually a very useful feature. While
someone may accuse me of being lazy, the truth is that
when doing a lot of browsing for, say, research,
anytime you come across a link that isn't set up properly it is a bit of a pain to highlight, copy,
click in the address bar, clearing the text, pasting
the url and then clicking go. (what a run on
sentence!) As opposed to simply highlighting then
click the context menu.

And to those people who would call me lazy, you can
definitely call me lazy for being to lazy to fix my
run on sentence.
