Fuzzy Time gets my vote!
However, like most of these, I think it would be far more useful as an app
in its own right.

I find that Fuzzy Time allows me to read the time over the radio without
having to mentally translate it from a digital clock; it is already there in plain English - I simply read exactly what it says.

Of course, when I am on the radio I don't usually have a browser running
on the machine which organises the station playlist etc.
