There have been several instances where children where shot by police who thought their toy gun was real weapon. All current toy guns sold in the US have orange rings around the barrel. I don't see any orange markings on this thing.

Just imagine someone trying to photograph the president with one of these things. It's all in good fun, but the Secret Service guys are trned to shoot first and ask questions afterward!
