Way cool...: Yeah, I've been dying to try something like this for 35 years, there's never been the kind of enabling support from the banks, etc. that would make this possible for those to whom it would make the real difference- small business and homeowners have never had the clout to say to the banks and big businesses and utilities how sick and tired we are of being shackled to the old centralized generation and distribution systems- many muni zoning systems pretty much prevent any individual from actually becoming energy-independent; then we wonder why we're in so much trouble economically while we ride the planet down to climactic and ecological ruin.
