Cooling is key
Cooling is the key in ultimate density systems it is obvious at least to me that liquid cooling will replace air. It is an opportunity to re engineer the data center as a whole from sub systems to turn a profit from heat generated and dissipated (a costly problem) to heat collected and used the engineering people should consider that data centers use a large fraction of the electrical energy produced (that is of total global energy production I would consider even a 1% fraction large) only to reject it a waste product instead of considering it a product-thats right a product with possibility of sale of that nasty waste heat that limits the ultimate density of your data centers.
