I already told you: You didn't specify a time frame.
The fact you posted in blog about a 11 year low does not automatically translate into your inquiry being limited to that time frame.

But along with the information came the means for you to look it up yourself. Apparently you're incapable of doing so. It seems the only thing you can do is throw around baseless insults.
