RE: (Nikon 18-105mm f3.5-5.6 DX VR lens - sample photos)
I keep getting moms & dads in my digital camera class who are trying to get INDOOR non-flash tight frozen "Sports Illustrated cover" type shots using a lens that drops to f/5.6 when zoomed. And they ask why the kid's arms are blurred, etc.

Can someone put a disclaimer on these lenses that, until we hit ISO 200,000 these lenses are not going to work for that kind of shot?
