Great product idea, but apparently needs some improvements: (1) miniaturize or revise the shape/size of the camera unit so that it doesn't unduly obscure the license plate, (2) improve the wireless protocol [perhaps with a security code] to eliminate reception of unwanted signals, and (3) make the screen's dash mount removeable (better yet, invisible!) to deter theives. Better yet, combine this unit's function with a portable GPS, with the option of a removeable snap-mount for the camera (which could be powered from the car's backup light circuit, a corded battery [tethered through the hatch to the vehicle's inside], or a long cord that plugs into the unit's car power port; and a touch-activated switch on the display to select GPS, camera, or auto [the latter option enabled only with the camera connected to the backup light circuit]. With these improvements, this product could be a winner!
