RE: U.S. and Russian satellites collide
NORAD is supposed to track satellites. They spend 100's of millions per year. However, the only thing they seem to do is to track Santa Clause. Its embarrasing. What do these people do with our tax dollars? All I heard in response is "we need more resources". Yea, right.
