PLEASE everyone not just NonZ.

One has an advantage and refuses to just hand it over to others and
this is bad? HOW!?! It is normal and to be expected.

You have a horse race and both animals are roughly the same quality
but your Jockey are not equal one is a hundred lbs heavier than the
other. Does the team with the lighter Jockey volunteer to have their
Jocky put on weight before the race? NO not on you're life. You have
an advantage you use it and you use it as long as you can. That is
business baby!!!!!

Now if you think Apple holds that patent wrongly then bring them
down in court or what ever method there maybe to strip that patent
from Apple if yo can not then blank it up.
