i totally agree!!

i have windows xp, but i started out with vista, and it just so happend that my hard drive went out and my hubs fit into my laptop. his laptop went out in 1 yr, right after the warranty went out, mine went out, right after the warranty went out, different parts. i looked into the add remove, and could not believe all of the "updates" its amazing!! now i am using my son's apple to check my email and to write this, his is the bomb, can you guess my next buy? his is a loan for the homeschooling. hp totally sucks!! we have spent so much money on them and it never failed, they all went out as soon as the warranty did. my hubs bought a sony vio and it has done him a great for a few years. but i need something that is "screw up proof!!" **big smile** ~Medo
