It's a big world, and I suppose what you say may be true. If you're not a fibber, I'm afraid the most likely explanation is that your son is severely mentally challenged and should not have access to that much money.

The likelyhood of what you describe is low beyond measuring. In the improbable case that you are not lying, the case is an extreme outlier and not informative.
