unless you can "prove" you have a issue that tech support can reproduce "with ease", plan to get a generic email with something not related to your issue, why? because 90% of questions sent in are really not issue, so to get real support you need to try try again until you get to the real tech support, this is not a companies fault, just the only real cost efective way to handle the situation
