were any of these 'solutions found.?

I dont see how it is that there is sooo many forums with 'GREAT interactivity, and support cant be had to choose a conversation from,..as far as the wigs go.

There is a lot less hairs involved when you can post a suggestion, and browse a reply at your own inititive.

I know there are several ''website''support outtheir,but can anybody see them advertising anywhere ?

If your where a real IT tech wig,you could have a support site with selections of :

Choose op sys...
Sun
Microsoft
Linux
Apple

Then do you think that 'software proprietors would 'meet these odds with promoting THEIR wares into the module/website.?

It takes an email at max some 15 minutes between persons.Support seems to take forever.Most the answers to the questions of 'forums are RIGHT THERE. Though support doesn't seem to recognize themselves from within its usability.
