Why OFFSHORING won't work
Offshoring is a pyramid scheme. The only ones who make money are the first ones in. You said it yourself, the only way CEO's get rich is to buy low and sell high. This only works as long as SOMEONE is willing to pay decent wages. The problem soon becomes "Who are you going to sell high to?" The foreign workers you hired for dirt wages don't earn enough to buy "high" and neither do your now displaced American workers.
Soon sales drop, earnings are down and you're right back where you started, only now all of your expertise is 10 hours away.
