Welcome to the global economy folks.
I recently opened an office in China and currently employed 8 employees and plan to hire 18 more by end of this year. All are working for $3 per hours. Do you think I can get that kind of rate here in the U.S? I am able to provide services what would normally cost $50,000 only for a fraction of that : $7,000. Now, which would a U.S company go for?

Face it, China and India will take over IT as did Japan in Electronics. You can stop the mud slide folks. It's too little too late.

I was too employed like most of you and too was laid off, but you have to ride the gravy train when it arriveds. Don't fight it! Embrace it.
