You're basing the OS on it's wallpaper?

The fish in the wallpaper is called a Betta. It's a play on the fact that this version of windows 7 is a beta... get it? I doubt that will be the same as that in the RTM version.

Microsoft is trying their best to make as much Vista software work on 7 as possible - so far I have found only one thing that does not work properly, compared to about 75% of all software which didn't work properly on the vista betas. Companies who have invested time and money into Vista will have a smooth upgrade path to Windows 7, you can't even upgrade from XP to Windows 7 (Unless they add that at RTM stage, which I highly doubt). This is Microsofts chance to gain some trust back from the companies you mention, so they are trying their best to make this release a success.

And yes it does have multiple desktop themes.
