Reply from a white guy: If you want to be racist about it, your opinion explains a lot. This way of thinking may be the reason that third world countries (and I live in one) don't innovate. We consume the left overs that the rest of the world don't want: The over-runs of from developed countries, products that didn't sell out in the developed world.
