- Stupid? Unnecessary? This is how man evolves...how we invent things that improve our quality of life. Maybe we won't ever use this exact "flying car" but maybe there will come other inventions off of it that will save lifes. I'm sure you would have probably said the same thing about the inventors of the first helicopter, but I bet you wouldn't complain about it if you ever needed to be airlifted to a hospital in one. We need to look at the big picture...the one beyond our daily walk to work every day. By the way...stupid may also be construed as posting a comment on a website that millions of people can read and not checking your spelling :-P
