Something of a correction here:
The biblical literalism of evangelicals is a fairly recent phenomenon having, in part, its roots in Calvinist protestantism and 19th Century anti-modernism.

Ancient Hebrews (and Jews, being Hebrews from Judea, don't you know) did understand that what Christians call the Old Testament wasn't historical fact as we understand it. (In fact the concept of modern historical fact didn't exist then.)

As for Christians accepting evolution, I'm one and I do. I also resent the literalist tendency to like "God in a Box" when the bible makes it clear, repeatedly, that God doesn't exist in a box.

As for an integrated email program, I've found that a bit annoying too. Easily overcome though I wouldn't object to one being integrated as long as it isn't the Outlook clone, Evolution, or similar code bloat.
