Not so. If you as and end user can make it work
then go for it. However if you are one to try and profit off
of Apple's property and work then you'll be in trouble.
Hence Pystar and the like.

Look I don't know you or your values. But I for one would
hate to do all the work to create a complete system
hardware and OS combined to make a unique system in a
world of clones and have some outfit come and scam off
my work, my research, me development and my efforts to
make a quick.. lazy buck. However if you want to
purchase a copy of OSX and make it work on your home
PC feel free.
