No, the complaint would be...
NOT having something else to choose if Microsoft is not stopped in it's tracks BEFORE it can pull another "kill the browser market" ploy but in the media market... use it's Windows "monopoly" and distribution to dominate media like it won the browser war.

MS won the browser market at the time, not thru a superior product, but thru tying IE to Windows... just as the internal MS e-mail outlined (use the ubiquity of Windows to spread IE usage... dictate and win thru ubiquity rather than quality).

At the start of the EU challenge, statements were made along these lines... the EU didn't want a repeat of MS's browser tactic to automatically give it a win and control in the media market.

It's like keeping a vicious dog on a short leash... knowing it's temperament and tendencies, control it before it can do any damage, bites, maims or kills someone.
