Microsoft, stop the tricky dicky tricks! It is getting old.
Why did not Microsoft settle 5 years ago when the EU was doing the investigation into Microsoft antitrust problems?

Why did not Microsoft settle at the last minute which was 4 months ago when the EU fined Microsoft 650 million dollars?

Microsoft is playing the same tricky dicky tricks with the EU authorities and the court. One of the tricks is to talk about settlement when the court is about to make the call. Why did Microsoft not settle early in the process?

It is the same as usual. Delay, delay, delay, and delay.

Pray the judge sees the trick and slap Microsoft real hard on the head.
