Delayed = meaningless?
"On its side, the EU executive will argue that if the remedies are delayed they will become irrelevant and meaningless by the time the case is completed and the market has moved on."

If the remedies will become "irrelevant and meaningless" and the mareket "moves on", doesn't that mean that the market is moving on regardless of Microsoft's dominance? So why the need to hurry up and slap Microsoft? Comments like that make it sound like many were right -- this case is more about a driving need for punishment, not any altruistic correction of the market. Makes me wonder if Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer did something to Monti's sister, and this is simple revenge.
