Generally speaking...
...if someone is sending you a document in an editable format, like .DOCX, you're probably going to want/need to edit it somehow.

Granted, this is a generality but if the purpose was just to view the document, the sender should have sent a .PDF to begin with.

Rendering a .DOCX in a web browser, for viewing only is a strange concept.
