- These guys move around numbers and headcount. Most of them don't even remember how to code a formula in excel. I also like how they still hang on to that 10 year old philosophy to wait until sp1. Most products don't need service packs for a long time. The stability of Microsoft products has improved dramatically since Win 2003 was released. Of course, you cannot expect CIO's to know that. MS should just release the product and then release sp1 a month later - with virtually no changes.
