Our main vendor only supports MS applications. IE, and Office are where their documentation 'lives.'

For those users who don't need acces to this vendor's templates, I have moved them to OpenOffice, and showed how to use the 'Save As..' function (I have to do this with the users of Office 2007 as well). This has gone well, but for a majority, I can't move them due to this one vendor. Even in Windows, if you don't use IE, you don't get too far into their web system (which we need). They also have custom applications written in .NET which I haven't even considered trying on a Linux box with Mono (yet).
