RFID was not designed for this
RFID was not designed for secure payments and should not be used for such until it is improved. It was designed to allow you to quickly ID stocked items and create a faster/better inventory system.

Besides, despite what the Visa commercials say about "Visa Check Cards," and other payment systems that you really don't need, cash is the fastest, most universally accepted payment method out there (and it's easier to keep track of how much you spent).
