- Define "using open source" please!
- What does "using open source" mean? Probably 100% are using open source if they have one Perl script. If it meant "strategically decided to use an open source product to protect from vendor lock-in and having mission-critical data locked into proprietary data formats which means the proprietary company could hold the enterprise hostage and we'd rather have freedom in the future so we don't have to write our vendors big revenue-sharing checks every year" then it might mean something.
