This is obviously a marketing ploy and free advertising for the source, a warranty provider. It simply makes people more likely to buy a warranty for their phones. I wonder if Apple helped fund the study, because they are worried about the blackberry storm stealing market share? I agree with other posts in that it is like comparing the reliability of a single model of Apple computer to the thousands of PC clones and build it yourself machines. This study is transparent marketing.
