It's great to see someone is aware of the problem and is trying to do something about it. However, I agree with the last comment, the real problem is incompetence, ignorance, and lack of realization on the part of car drivers. Most don't stop and think they are driving a 5,000 pound weapon. It would never happen, but if everyone had to drive a motorcycle before they were allowed to drive a car, I bet there would be a lot more considerate drivers out there (and maybe less traffic).
