A complete waste of money...
The DHS programs have little or nothing to do with terrorism -- but a whole lot to do with child pornography and copyright infringements.

If terrorists wanted to enter the states, they wouldn't do it like a business traveller -- they'd do it the same way 10 million Mexicans have done (and continue to do).

Pity the recording industry doesn't foot the bill for having their copyrights enforced instead of the taxpayers.
