I just wonder if additional benefits of this method justifies the injury to one's dignity. I have seen the mistakes TSA can make. Some of which would not have been prevented by a full body scan unless a person carried their baggage with them through the scan.

Because of this, I think that the money being spent on these machines would be better spent on improved training for TSA employees. It would also be better spent on additional employees and checkpoints so that more time can be spent with each passenger without increasing the overall wait time.
