that's been my arguement
The only person who agrees to the licensing restrictions are the installers. The average user has never agreed to the license, and likely never saw the 'accept' button. They aren't the responsable party. Trashing their data or making their system unusable is the wrong way to enforce things.

I have three versions of windows here, all legitimate, and have played with linux for a while, but the whole microsoft piracy issue has made me lean very heavily towards linux. I use windows mainly for gaming. Linux does everything I need, so why deal with the overhead?
