perhaps the "offence" may be that music is not really liked by religious Muslims, so to have Qura'n backed with music may be offensive for them.however, those sort of people are just a minority... so are those sort of people who give rise to "riots".... Islam is the most widespread and the most quickly spreading religion, according to the guiness book of world records. most Muslims are not at all offended by such small things. i myself am a Muslim and am not at all offended if Christians celebrate thier religious festivals, e.g. Christmas. Islam permits full freedom of religion for everyone. the Qura'n itself says in one place: "let there be no compulsion in religion" so why should practising Muslims be offended when someone practices their own respective religion. according to the principals of Islam, we are not allowed to harm religious places of non-Muslims. Infact, "Islam" MEANS peace, and submission to God. why do people have so many misunderstandings??
