Do 5 year olds actually need a laptop? What is in fact the software Microsoft launched for this laptop? I must admit I am a bit skeptical about the benefits of this project on children mental development as it may have negative effects on the way kids assimilate information (superficial reading rather than in dept) and on the way they perform basic computations (why memorize when u can use a calculator). For me it all seems like a big propaganda maneuver..

By the way, the correct spealing is "Magalh?es" (trust me, I'm Portuguese)
