RE: CIOs not taking a shine to Chrome
Chrome sucks.

It's not user-friendly at all.

Take the addressbar for example, in IE or FF I click the dropdown, select a previously visited address, click again and I'm there. No keyboard at all.

In Chrome I have to type out the word and end up on a google search part or a history page. I can use their preview tab thingy but that's not the same either as it requires opening a new tab. There is no way to re-visit a page without using the keyboard or an exorbitant number of clicks.

The whole thing is designed to drive traffic to google pages for adwords revenue. There are usability issues that are "by design" made to drive traffic and revenue more then present users with a better UI.
