It was not an error
Google deliberately put that clause in there. Then
they got caught red handed. They wanted to steal your
data, the data you own, and take legal ownership of it
for themselves so they can sell it back to you. Now
how is that an error? It was a well thought out
process and they should be prosecuted for such things.
