Hands up I am a metaverse evangelist, but I am seeing that the cost pressures on travel, the time pressures and the green pressures are causing more enterprises to re-examine the serious nature of interactions that can happen online in social media and in virtual worlds.
Whether its IBM, Cisco, Linden Lab with the SL grid, ProtonMedia, Opensim or Forterra (there is a much longer list) there is a real business driver to adoption and the cost/benefit is more cultural then hardware and software. - Posted by: epredator Posted on: 09/30/08 You are currently: a Guest | Members login | Terms of Use
