They don't see value. They see cheap. The India outsource people I've dealt with have been well meaning, friendly people who are not too swift and take about three times longer to understand what I'm saying and MAYBE resolving the problem. All the native born Americans I speak with are quick and understandable. The problem is they won't work for $50 a month. Would you?
In customer satisfaction there is no value. Just cheap.
