DRM is only for honest people to get ripped off.
Fair use has been destroyed by threats of law suits.
And this story only reinforces the illusion that something needs to be done.
I am old enough to remember when cassette tapes came out and this is no different the music industry tried to prevent the hardware manufacturers from making recordable players and even began to prosecute kids for copying music.
This is there last gasp to retain control over the music and video industry as soon as they begin to run out of money they will change their tune and embrace the new technology
